Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and parts must be returned in original condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The playset has been used, installed, or assembled.
- The product is damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence.
- The return request is made after 15 days from the delivery date.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos or videos of the issue for quick verification.
- After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Installation & Safety Note
- We strongly recommend professional installation for kids playsets.
- Improper installation may void eligibility for return or refund.
