  Return

  14-Day Return Window:

We offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you're not fully satisfied, you can return the product in its original condition.

  Return Requirements:

To process a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. You are required to record a clear unboxing and condition video upon delivery and share it with our support team when requesting a return. This helps us approve the return quickly and fairly.

  Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected (and video approval confirmed), we will issue a full refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Delivery charges are non-refundable except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
