What types of playground equipment does EnterLinks offer?

We offer a comprehensive range of both indoor and outdoor playground equipment. Our indoor collection includes soft play structures, ball pits, climbing frames, and sensory activity panels. Our outdoor range features multi-play units, slides, swings, spring riders, and complete playground systems. All products are available in various sizes, themes, and configurations to suit different age groups and spaces.

Do you deliver across all of Saudi Arabia?

Yes. We deliver to every city in the Kingdom. Delivery and installation are completely free inside Riyadh. For cities outside Riyadh, we charge a flat SAR 100 per 100 km calculated from Riyadh city center. Our team confirms the exact fee with you before you pay.

How long does delivery take?

Inside Riyadh: 1 to 3 business days from order confirmation. Jeddah, Dammam, and major cities: 3 to 7 business days. Remote locations: up to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking update on WhatsApp as soon as your order ships.

Do you install the playground for me?

Yes. Installation is free inside Riyadh for all playground sets. Outside Riyadh, installation can be arranged on request for an additional fee, or you can self-install using the clear instructions included.

Can I track my order?

To track your order, go to our Order Tracking page, enter your Order ID or Billing Email to know your order's current status. You'll see real-time updates from processing and manufacturing through to dispatch, delivery, and installation scheduling.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Tamara (pay in 4 interest-free installments), Cash on Delivery, and Bank Transfer for business orders.

Can I pay Cash on Delivery?

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across Saudi Arabia. You pay only when your order arrives at your door.

Do you offer installment payment options?

Yes. We offer Tamara and Tabby as flexible payment options, so you can buy playground equipment, swings, slides, tables, chairs, classroom furniture, and kids’ products now and pay in easy installments.

How can I pay with Tamara or Tabby?

At checkout, select Tamara or Tabby from the available payment methods. You can complete the process using your mobile number and choose the installment plan shown to you.

Does Tamara charge late fees?

According to Tamara, their payment service is Sharia-compliant and has no late fees. If your payments are consistently late, your SIMAH scores will be negatively impacted. Also, late payments may impact your eligibility for loans with other financial institutions, and it also restricts your access to Tamara's services.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes. All prices shown include the 15% Saudi VAT. There are no hidden fees at checkout.

Can I get a tax invoice for my company, school, or nursery?

Yes. Send us your company name and VAT registration number via WhatsApp or email, and we will issue a compliant tax invoice for your order.

Installation & Space

What type of ground do I need?

Our playsets work on level grass, concrete, tiles, or artificial turf. For larger outdoor sets we recommend a flat area with at least 1 meter of clearance on all sides for safe play.

How long does assembly take?

Most indoor playsets take 30 to 90 minutes. Medium outdoor sets take 2 to 4 hours. Large castle and multi-slide sets take 4 to 8 hours. Our Riyadh installation team handles everything for you at no extra cost.

How do I know which size fits my space?

Every product page lists exact dimensions in centimeters. If you are unsure, message us on WhatsApp with your available space size (length x width) and a photo, and we will recommend the right playset for free.

Quality & Safety

Will the equipment survive the Saudi summer?

Yes. Our plastic components are UV-stabilized LLDPE designed to handle temperatures above 50°C without fading, cracking, or weakening. Metal parts are powder-coated to resist rust and heat. All equipment is chosen specifically for the Gulf climate.

Are the products safe for toddlers and young children?

Yes. Every product lists a recommended age range (for example 2-10 years). All playsets feature rounded edges, non-slip steps, stable bases, and child-safe non-toxic materials.

What is the weight capacity?

Weight capacity varies by product and is listed on each product page. Most outdoor slides and swings support 50 to 70 kg per user. For heavy-duty commercial use (schools, parks), we offer reinforced commercial-grade options.

Returns, Warranty & Support

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Please record a short unboxing video when you receive your order so we can approve returns quickly if needed. Full refund is issued within 7 to 10 business days after approval.

What if a part arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours on WhatsApp with photos or video. We replace damaged parts free of charge. This is why we ask for an unboxing video, it protects you and speeds up replacement.

Do you offer discounts for schools and nurseries?

Yes. We offer volume pricing for schools, nurseries, villa compounds, and developers. Contact us on WhatsApp with your requirements, and we will send a custom quote within 24 hours.

Can you customize colors or combine sets for a custom project?

For bulk orders (typically 5+ units), we can arrange color customization and combined set configurations. Send us your project brief and we will recommend the right setup.
