We offer a comprehensive range of both indoor and outdoor playground equipment. Our indoor collection includes soft play structures, ball pits, climbing frames, and sensory activity panels. Our outdoor range features multi-play units, slides, swings, spring riders, and complete playground systems. All products are available in various sizes, themes, and configurations to suit different age groups and spaces.
Do you deliver across all of Saudi Arabia?
Yes. We deliver across Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar, Makkah, Madinah, Taif, Abha, Qassim, Jubail, Tabuk, and other cities. But the delivery is free for Riyadh only.
Delivery availability and timing may depend on your location, product size, and order quantity.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your city and the product you order. Orders inside Riyadh are usually handled faster, while delivery to other cities may take a little longer because of shipping distance and product size.
For large playground sets or bulk orders, our team can confirm the expected delivery time before you place the order.
Do you install the playground for me?
Yes, installation support is available for eligible playground products. We also offer free delivery and installation in Riyadh.
For orders outside Riyadh, installation availability depends on the product type, city, and order details. You can contact us before ordering and our team will guide you.
Can I track my order?

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I pay Cash on Delivery?
Cash on Delivery availability may depend on your city, order value, and product type. Some large playground items may require online payment or advance confirmation before delivery.

Do you offer installment payment options?
Yes. We offer Tamara and Tabby as flexible payment options. This helps customers buy playground equipment, swings, slides, indoor play products, classroom furniture, and kids’ products with easier payment plans.
How can I pay with Tamara or Tabby?
At checkout, select Tamara or Tabby from the available payment methods. Then complete the steps shown on the payment screen using your mobile number and required details.
The available installment plan and approval are handled by Tamara or Tabby, based on their own eligibility checks.
Does Tamara charge late fees?
According to Tamara, it offers no late fees and Sharia-compliant payment options. Final approval, payment plan availability, and any terms are handled directly by Tamara.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices shown on our website include VAT.
The price you see on the product page is the VAT-inclusive price, so customers can understand the final product cost clearly before checkout. Any delivery, installation, or extra service charges, if applicable, will be shown separately or confirmed before completing the order.
Can I get a tax invoice for my company, school, or nursery?
Yes. We can provide an invoice. Please make sure your company, school, or nursery details are correct when placing the order.

Installation & Space
What type of ground do I need?
A flat and stable surface is best for playground equipment. Outdoor playsets can be installed on suitable surfaces such as rubber flooring, artificial grass, concrete, tiles, or a prepared outdoor area, depending on the product.
For better safety, we recommend shock-absorbing flooring in kids’ play areas, especially under swings, slides, and climbing equipment.
How long does assembly take?
Assembly time depends on the product size and installation location. Small indoor play items may be assembled quickly, while large outdoor swing and slide sets can take longer.
For bigger playground sets, our team can give you an estimated assembly time before delivery or installation.
How do I know which size fits my space?
Check the product dimensions on the product page before ordering. You should also keep extra free space around swings, slides, and climbing areas so children can move safely.
If you are not sure, send us your available area size on WhatsApp and we can guide you toward a suitable product. For outdoor playground products, we can also provide a 3D design before installation, so you can see how the setup may look in your space before the final work starts.

Quality & Safety
Will the equipment survive the Saudi summer?
Our outdoor products are selected with Saudi weather in mind, including heat, sun, dust, and regular outdoor use. All products use strong plastic, metal frames, and outdoor-suitable materials.
Still, product life depends on regular cleaning, shaded placement where possible, and proper use.
Are the products safe for toddlers and young children?

What is the weight capacity?
